Kava Privacy Policy

Kava (“Kava,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Farspire Enterprises Inc. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use the Kava mobile application.

Information We Collect

Kava collects a limited amount of personal information necessary to provide the app's functionality.

Name

If you create or access a Kava account using a supported sign-in provider, such as Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, we may receive your name from that provider.

Your name may be associated with your Kava account and is used to provide and maintain app functionality.

Email Address

If you create or access a Kava account using a supported sign-in provider, we may receive your email address from that provider.

If you use Sign in with Apple and choose Apple's Hide My Email feature, we may receive an Apple-generated private relay email address instead of your personal email address.

Your email address is associated with your Kava account and is used for authentication, account management, and other functionality necessary to provide the Kava service.

Information You Add to Kava

You may provide information within Kava as you use its features, such as selecting cities or recording information about cafés.

A city you select or add to Kava is not treated as your current physical location. Kava does not currently collect your device's precise or coarse location.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected through Kava to:

• Authenticate users and maintain Kava accounts.
• Provide the features and functionality of the Kava application.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the service.
• Respond to account or support requests.

We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Third-Party Services

Kava may use third-party service providers where necessary to operate the application, including authentication providers such as Apple and Google.

When you choose to authenticate through a third-party provider, that provider may process information according to its own privacy policy and terms.

Kava does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws. If we become aware that personal information has been collected in circumstances requiring parental consent or another legal basis, we will take appropriate steps to delete or otherwise address that information.
